Laura initially studied a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacology and Toxicology then Master of Science before spending three years at the National Poisons Centre.

She went on to complete Medicine at the University of Otago as she wished to pursue her passion for helping people from a health perspective. Since finishing medical school, she has gone on to obtain a Postgraduate Certificate in Women’s Health and a Postgraduate Diploma in Child’s Health.

Laura spends the majority of her time working in General Practice and enjoys helping women and their partners in a variety of Women’s health issues from fertility to menopause.

Laura provides fertility procedures and scans at our Dunedin clinic in partnership with specialists Dr van Harselaar and Prof Wayne Gillett.
